Default Which Rod and Main Bearings are you running?

Getting ready to build a shortblock for some boost...What are you guys running for bearings in these motors?

Fedral Mogul? ACL Race? Stock?

Im using ACL, simply because they are available locally.

Fedral Mogul for rod and Clevite for mains.

Aren't ACL meant to be better because they are broached?

stock crank and Eagle...no problems with them.

I use ACL in a few different motors, they make quality product.


Although admit, the Clevite's would be about half the price if buying from the US....maybe even less.

We get ripped off for everything in the UK lol.
