Default Calculating Compression Ratio

Ok I am lost here. Never really kept up with the info.

Here is what I know about my motor.
346ci
Diamond -8.66 cc dish pistons
Lunati pro mod rods 6.125 length
Stock crank polished

I am sure someone has did this before

The calculation for determining compression ratio works out like this:
CR=(D + PV + DC + G + CC) / (PV + DC + G + CC)

CR = Compression Ratio
D = Displacement
PV = Piston Volume
DC = Deck Clearance Volume
G = Gasket Volume
CC = Combustion Chamber Volume

List your cam specs for accurate scr and dcr, also what is the compressed thickness of your head gasket, your cylinder head volume as well as deck height. We need all of the info for an accurate compression ratio and quench.

We need to know the CC of the head. Your going to have to find that out. Makes it alot easier

ok.

Enter Piston Dome Volume In CCs Negative For Dished Pistons (Use '-') -8.66
Compressed Head Gasket Thickness 0.021
Piston Stroke Length 6.125
Head Gasket Bore Diameter ?????
Cylinder Bore Size???? 4.030????
Bore/Stroke Designation Type
1 = Inches
Piston Deck Clearance Negative If ABOVE Deck (Use '-') : ???????

Heads are LS6 Patriot performance stage III Heads.

Standard is around 9.420....but if your block was decked it could be different. Also I dont think your compressed thickness on the gaskets is .021 unless im missing something, most gm gaskets are .056?

How are you guys calculating DCR? I'd be curious where my setup stands...
