Default Power steering fluid boiling!

I got the car together and able to drive but when the turbo and motor heat up the power steering fluid will boil. I think its the line that goes around the t88, but the turbo is pretty close to the power steering fluid pulley as well. What do you front mounted turbo guys do? T88 is on the PTK kit. I am going to move that line and see if that helps, if not I need some more drastic ideas. I wont loose the power steering.

PS Pushed right through the converter on the dyno at 7psi.

sounds like you need to wrap the lines with that reflective shield stuff. boiling fluid aint good lol.

guess its time to step up to an expensive converter now..

I put sleeved shielding between the reservoir and pump because that hose swelled and eventually separated internally. Eventually, shielding will be on the return hose as well. I don't know where your PS reservoir sits but if it's in the engine bay it's baking like hell. There's also simple coolers, if set low in the cooler air, that may help.

With my lines wrapped, the PS fluid stays cool... One of the many things I have wrapped.
