Update: We're going to try a Powerglide that Ted had in his racecar for the LSX Shootout. The same shifter will work, and Ted has a converter that will handle the power without a problem. I Called Tim, Moser's new ace fabricator and told him what we were doing. Tim had a new front torque arm crossmember designed for the glide, it just needed welded. Haha, the glide went in just today. If it was not for the flex plate scatter shield, it wouldn't have been hard, but the TCI one we got was a bear to install, lots of massaging on the trans tunnel.
