Shouldn't matter. May be a little hotter on the intake side at idle, should be basically the same when there is some significant air flowing. My opinion is that whatever works out to be more convenient for you to set up is the way to go.
Also if you have a bov, it should be after the bov.

Definately after the I/C. Although it shouldnt make any real difference being either before the T/B or after, I always run it before. I did notice on my last setup, when it was after the T/B, if it sat for any length of time, it took significantly longer to recover. I think it had to do with the sheilding of the throttle blade.

Also, with that threaded bung....Make sure the tip isnt shrouded by the fitting. I found that on mine, even when it was fully seated, the tip of the sensore was still heavily shrouded by the bung...Just a little heads up..

yea i would go after the intercooler and before the tb, but try to get it close to the tb. That is how i had it on my old setup. That way it can pull timing if things get too hot. If it was before the intercooler it may pull timing because it is getting a hot reading, but then the air is cooled and it is fine.
