500rwhp on GM PCM?
Guys could I run a rebuilt low comp LT1 with stock heads and cam, on an intercooled Vortech S trim at 450-500rwhp (Will probably shoot for 500 with a custom supercharger cam) using the stock PCM, but with a dyno tune by a good FI tuner, or would I need all kinds of aftermarket Fuel management stuff.
What kind of Fuel system upgrades are need for 500whp (thats all I want no more, but will probably start closer to 400whp)
Thanks guy

uh... YES. The factory PCM from 99 and up will do it just fine. the 98's can't do 2 bar or 3 bar i believe for boost, that right? but to answer your question YES the PCM can EASILY do that

As for the original topic, if you are going to have the motor and harness out anyway, upgrade to megasquirt. If you setup it up properly (using the Ford Edis8 setup), you will no longer need the opti. Just individual coil packs like an LS1. Plus you get a more boost friendly ecu.
Just something to look into. Just know that its NOT plug and play. Do some research first.

Well Im trying to get it done on a budget first so Ill stick with the stock PCM and when everythign is worked out, ill step up to stand alone setup.
Also what kind of injectors would I need for 500rwhp, this is through an M6 and 10 bolt.
I dont plan on going any higher at all and it is a supercharger so no boost spikes.
Also what kind of pumps, yall recommend?
In tank?
