As of right now the requirments for the car are as follows:

-fully streetable
-retain A/C
-retian creature comforts
-high HP
-OD trans


I am looking to use the car to market a turbo setup that makes good power while keeping the above on the factory engine . Then I plan to take the same turbo setup and use it on a LSX based engine and push it to its max. I am looking to use this car as a rolling buiness card so to speak.

Would a mid '70's Pinto body on an old Jeep chassis with two 9" diffs being fed by a twin s88 FI'd 454 LSX on methanol with a small (large) nitrous shot off the line make a good sleeper setup? I suppose it could embarass Lambo owners occasionally.

That would be different.

Guys it is going to be a 4th Gen F-Body.

-fully streetable
-retain A/C
-retian creature comforts
-high HP
-OD trans

I have some things working. If none of them pan out I will start witha nice solid Stockish 99+ F-Body and build a nice simple Turbo setup that keep the A/C and is easily reproduced. I will push the stock driveline to its limits just to prove what it can take. When it pops I will start building a LSX based 44Xci engine to take its place. I will make the turbo setup so That is can be upgraded easily and one agin push it to the limits. All while retianing the above requirments.

I am in no hurry. Its why I am still around and hangin with the big dogs. I refuse to kill the shop building a monstrosity of a race car to go broke with.

For me its about providing a solution to get your cars Turbo'ed with out breaking the bank. I enjoy building the setups. If it makes me a living, great. If not, Cool. I still have a good payin full time job.

factory five racing lsx based super car will kill the bugatti and s7.....
