Not yet. Actually haven't had the 91mm very long. Hopefully the weather continues to cooperate and we can get some more data.

I've already got a few hundred miles on the setup. (mostly with a borrowed 68mm) and with some heat shields things have been doing well.

Congrats on going outside of the box and having great success at doing so!
Thanks and good luck with your TA.

Ya might want to rethink that and Give Jose a call. Evan with an S88 you would run out steam. Back pressure would prob get ya first. Give him a call and see what he says.
Thats part of the reason i sold my S88 and went bigger....

ive talked to jose on the phone and DrTurbo through various pm's. I'm open to all suggestions here though....so if you have thoughts, by all means... i actually called up to order the turbo a couple hours ago (still VERY uncertain between the s85 and s88, but leaning towards 85)

i really want to avoid BP issues, but on the other hand, this isn't a max effort setup. the car is 95% street, and i want the setup to spool as good as it can.

i dont want to sound like a broken record, but im looking for an easy 750-800rw on low(er) boost. something like 10-12psi on pump and lowish timing. im told the s85 has made 1000rw on a 408, which is something im looking for if i feel the need to turn it up. im obviously looking to keep the heads and IATs down, but not at the cost of shitty spool. this is a 6sp btw.

nasty, i just think you have bad BP luck. lol. or maybe your builders put a stroker in there and didnt tell ya

If the price is the same it's a no brainer. Go with S91 less backpreasure and always able to have more power.

Yes Slowhawk on this board is running one of our S85's. Not sure what power numbers he has put down, but I know his setup was BRUTAL on the street.

If its going to be 95% street then go with the S85.... it will spool like a beast and boost will come in really quick with your cubes. I dont see 800rwhp being a problem esp. thru a 6 speed.

That is the best looking Vette I have seen to date!
I also did not realize there was so-much nose room under the hood of them C5's.

Nice. Are you running a pusher and a puller fan, how hot does it run?

the car has a single 2000/3600 CFM 16" puller dual speed with a shroud, so far the car has not had one heating issue!

id like to be approaching 800whp at lower boost.... from what i can tell 1000whp shouldnt be too much of a chore if i was trying for it. there will be track days with the car

I heard one of our customers today made over 800+rwhp on pump gas and low boost with an S91 today. He is on this board......it was posted on another board, so I will see if he wants to post it here.

Would like to see more of the downpipe, along the fire wall and passenger side...if at all possible. Curious as well if the AC still works?

Regardless, the car is pretty sick. Had the same idea of shrinking the radiator and increasing depth for a while now,..but using a different intercooler setup then the one you have.
