Default what do i need help !!!! single turbo kit

ok i bought this kit...what else do i need and do i need to do any internal work...the kit says i dont but you know how that goes.....let me know thanks

This is a single turbo kit for the GM LS1 F-Body cars. It will fit the Z28, Z28 SS, Firebird Formula V8, and the Firebird Trans Am. It is brand new and comes retail sealed.

T61 T4 Turbocharger (Rated 600 crank HP) + 3" Intercooler
Our turbocharger is T4 flanged and features a 3" V-band exhaust outlet on the turbine side. It will bolt right up to the manifold and connect to the downpipe. This turbo is perfect for the 5.7L Motor, and makes full boost at a mere 3500 RPM! This is a dream setup for the street. On pump gas and 7-8 lbs of boost you can expect to put out 500-530 rear wheel horsepower, which is about 700 horsepower at the crank. Our kit also comes with an intercooler that has a core size of 24" x 12" x 3". The inlet and outlet measure 3" in diameter.

Tubular Drivers & Passenger Side Headers, Turbo Mount, Crossover Pipes & Downpipes

All of our hot parts are made of 321 stainless steel and are mandrel bent. All of our welds are TIG welded and will not come apart. All Inlet tubes are bead Rolled, and All Exhaust Connections are V-Band Connections. Our turbo headers are connected together through the use of two crossover pipes, which then connect to a turbo mount. From the turbo, we have a downpipe that connect to two Y pipes to connect to the exhaust system.

Below is a complete parts list of what you will receive:

1 x T61 T4 Turbocharger (rated to 600 HP)
1 x 38mm Billet Aluminum Wastegate with all fittings
1 x Custom Intercooler w/ 3" inlet and 3" outlet
1 x Mandrel Bent, Tig-welded and coated Tubular Exhaust Manifold - Driver Side

1 x Mandrel Bent, Tig-welded and coated Tubular Exhaust Manifold - Passenger Side
1 x Mandrel Bent, Tig-welded and coated 3" Downpipe w/ wastegate recirculating flange

1 x Mandrel Bent, Tig-welded and coated 3" Downpipe that bolts to the previous downpipe
2 x Mandrel Bent Cross-over pipes

1 x T4 Turbo Mount with Wastegate flange

2 x "Y" Pipes that bolt to the factory or aftermarket exhaust

1 x Radiator hardpipe - your old hardpipe will not fit with the kit, we include a new one that will work

All necessary V-band clamps

You will need a different turbo if you value your motor and don't run race fuel with that wastegate......it will stick like gum to hair.

You will be a lot happier down the road if you go with a setup from a reputible shop.Lots of the sponsors have very nice kits at competitive prices and they will stand behind their products.Dont buy anything quick,do a lot of research before you buy. There is plenty of good information right here on this board.

the APS kit is REALLY NICE!!! Or you can make your own kit, if you know what you're doing.

Yeah, ditch that kit and sell it to your buddy. Keep an eye on the for sale section on here. I recently bought a true complete used kit from a reputable seller for less than $4500, even got a custom grind turbo cam with the deal.

the holes that go to the heads are off by about 1/4. if you try to expand them it goes off to the edge and basically dosnt hold anything
