Wow looks great nick.

Im not sure whats holding you up but the passengers side fuel rail had to be welded/modified so the return fitting wont hit the alternator? I guess im going to have to do this as well.

U MEAN THAT TURBOS ARE THE PROBLEM??ah no.....
i believe it to be a spark issue....

i made 1005 @ 5500 so its got another 60 to 120 in it easy at 19.5 psi if i can figure the issue out...look at the line...at 21psi it was making 80 more threwout until it shut off @ 5250. these turbos produced 40 more hp for every lb at the high psi level!

I'd pop in a new crank sensor and cam sensor since they are easy to get to.

What size fuel injectors? Converter box? Could be a problem.

It does look like your AFR drops off, but that could be due to when the other problem happens, what kind of pump you running? Either way killer setup man, nice numbers.

You could be on track with the etc problem. I fought this making big power on these cars and running speed density.

What happens when you turn the boost controller off and just run on the gates? How low is gate boost? Can you get a clean run to the rev limiter on the street on gate boost?

So my car is doing the same thing right at 5200-5500. Did you end up finding a solution?

What spark plug do you run?

Kane

You may be running into a few issues. One may be backpressure. You said this run was at 21psi and you made less power compared to the 19psi run. You may also be running out of injectors. Let us know what the rest of your fuel setup entails.

Well a few suggestions to try nothing big, but I would switch to a little colder plug like a BP7EFS NGK-3526 Heat range 7 or even an 8. I wasn't having a missing issue, but I was having Valve float so I was wondering what springs you are running and what cam lobes. The ones TEA sent me with my TFS heads werent enough even though they were there upgraded spring think it was or is a cam or valve train issue lots have had that issue whith your HP range FYI.You can use the truck coils, but don't think it is your issue as LS1's are fine as long as they are all working properly and as long as they are not exposed to exessive heat because of location. Over all looks like a very nice setup hope that A4 holds for you. I believe Tom (onfire) and David(MM) are probably off in the area of your problem, David had that issue for a while don't remember what the fix was though so I know he is shooting from experience.

well injectors are ok....96'ers

well when i run only 7.5 psi its kickin but at a higher rpm....6100...the rev limiter is set at 6800 so i cannot see backpressure cause at that low of psi...
please remember that i relocated mt coils and wire are 3 feet long!!!

as i turn up the boost the car cuts out at a lower rpm...ect....
7.5psi = 6100
12psi = 5800
19psi = 5500
21psi =5250
