What kind of a kit would you run if you were going to Boost a 427.

My buddy is running an LT1 396 and he has the F1 blower. It is at about 16 psi at 6000 rpm and he laid down 706 on a dynojet last week with a FAST system. Go big or stay home, right!

Well yes and know to this statement I have my own ideas but I would like to ask some of the more seasoned Blower guys before I started guessing with the numbers. How much boost would you guys run to stay safe for a driver not a race car.

How much boost would you guys run to stay safe for a driver not a race car.
Somewhere in the 14-18psi range? What comp ratio are you going to run?

Think I am going to run about 9:1 and see what this thing is going to do any ideas would be helpfull since I about to spend a lot of money.
