Default 44" Camaro intercooler photos - MTI

Check out this sweet 44 inch intercooler setup that is going on a twin-turbo Camaro SS over at MTI. The car belongs to Sean ("Currdog") on this site.

Mike over at MTI made all the measurements and had it custom built. VERY sweet looking and perfect fit!

the one I ordered is 4.5" x 40" x 6" and it cost about 1500. So I would guess that one is probably more expensive than that. How thick of a core does is have?

It was 'spensive. Mike @ MTI will probably chime in sooner or later and can answer your questions.

Pretty cool, huh?

Car's still a work in progress, should be finished soon though. Next time you're out there Tony you should take a picture of one of the Incon intercoolers that were on the car before for a comparison...

I'll let you fella's know what we end up at on pump gas...

Excellent use of the Camaro fish mouth! That looks awesome! I am guessing $2,000+ for that intercooler.

How much would we be talking about for that intercooler, the brackets to mount it, and the associated piping that would be needed to make it work on the Incon kit?

Thanks,

Scott
