Default Tial GT30 Exhaust Housings ??

Did a search about these , But I don't see anyone using them

About to put 2 Garrett GT3076s , (.82 a/r exhaust, .70 Comp Cover)on my 4 door Commodore ( GTO) .

Already have the Tials 38mm wastgates ,

And the Turbos already have a V Band dump pipe flange etc , But are 4 bolt inlet .

What are your thoughts on the Tial Exhaust housings with the V Band exhaust inlet ? Easy to fit etc ?

They state they are also lighter and stronger then the garrett units ,

Are they worth the extra money , I'll be getting them Ceramic coated too .

The setup is for a Twin High mount setup, 408cube motor with AFR225 heads .
This is a Auto Transmission street car , Not a Dyno Queen or Dedicated drag car .

The Tial VBand housings are very nice! I have seen them a couple of different times and am very impressed with there quality.

The 4 bolt housing will work fine, but the vband is a little more user friendly and has a easier footprint to work with.

Sounds like a nice project, send me some pics if you could.

I know the housings look the goods , They are also smaller compared to the garrett housings but retain the same a/r ratings .

Anybody using these ??

If you plan to upgrade, just go straight to the GT35R with the tial v-band housing. I was not aware it was already released, but they are very nice. Don't be afraid of the large A/R as you have a large cube.

Its not a GenTT ,

I wouldn't be caught dead fitting KKR Turbos to my car .

This is my own setup . Has proper 4into 1 merge collectors on each side and Garrett Turbos .
The GenTT uses crappy bushed turbos and uses standard GM manifolds turned around ..
