To be technical, larger blower pulleys will make less boost than smaller ones, but I would think depending on what kit you get it should come with a pulley size of your choice from the factory.

If you want a smaller pulley for down the road, I'm sure you'll have to pay extra for it, but honestly it will be the cheepest money you can spend dollar to power wise for what it will give you. I think pulleys cost around $85 (don't quote me on that though).

Try PM'ing Bob from EPP. He will have the best prices on the kits and will be able to tell you the specifics. Tell him CALL911 sent you, and maybe he'll give you an extra killer deal.

Pulley's are $85. Get them from Bob. I was ordering stuff from Thunder Racing so I just got it from them. Long story, Thunder dropped the ball big time and it took like 5 weeks to get.

You can get a big enough pulley. Bob's setup on his 99 was pushing like 7# I believe with a D1SC. Call him. He is good to deal with.

Well, I am not going to go through Bob cause I get a killer deal on the P-1SC directly from Procharger but I don't get the deal for the D-1SC.

Is 7 p.s.i. going to get me at 450 rwhp with LTH's and an exhaust?

Doubt it. I got 407 with 5#, LT's and an exhaust. I don't think 2# are going to get you there. I am looking for that with 7# and a decently big cam, LT's and exhaust....

Oh, and I don't know how killer of a deal. A local performance shop that is actually a sponsor here told me what Bob makes off the kits. Like almost nothing. He does quantity, and since he has them drop shipped, he has no handling expense.....

I mean a killer super deal. You would be amazed. We have bought many directly from them and we advertise their stuff at many shows like SEMA.

I am at 340 rwhp now. If I go with 8 p.s.i., what rwhp should I expect?

You are correct, as I have talked to Bob on this matter as well. Bob is out to help everyone, and if there is anyone who can beat his price, he will match their price and then beat it just to keep your buisness. Thats the level of commitment Bob from EPP is out to make for us. Trust me, I would at least inquire with Bob before I bought anything.

Well, if you have 340, you might get close. Bob says 140 out of 8#. I got 90 out of 5# with headers. Stock cam. There are a bunch of factors.

My tune is scheduled for 2.24. Then some questions will be answered.....like if the cam was worth it....

Thank god. I hit myself everyday. The P1SC is nice, but too easy to max out. I read about the D1SC, and think that is so bad of a $200 decision....

Get the D1! Just do it. Talk to anyone with a P1, eventually, they ALL regret not spending a couple hundred up front for a D1.

And you should easily get 450rwhp with 7psi. I made 489rwhp with a completely stock engine only mods being midlengths and cat-back at 6~7 psi.

ok, How about upgrading to a FMIC instead of the dual 4.5s that comes with it? Is it worth the upgrade?
