Has anyone installed the ATI procharger with 8psi of boost from Exotic Performance Plus, and if so- did anyone have their computer turned by them. Any feedback appreciated.

I did the whole setup from them, Bob is a very good guy to work with.If I had to do all over again I wouldnt have changed a thing. I had them tune my computer at first but I went ahead and had it dyno tuned after I payed off my kit and made a lot more power and had better drivability. They did get it pretty close but there is nothing like a real time tuning session.

Is the installation itself easy? I have done all of my work up to this point but I have never touch the internals of an engine.

Yeah its not to bad, it takes time. I did it all my self, no help from friends or anything and it took me awhile. There are some glaze overs in the installation guide that can throw you off. But other than that its not bad at all. The worst part for me was figuring out the harmonic balancer because ATI stopped drilling out the hub and the balancer for the supercharger pulley to bolt up to. So you will have to drill it out yourself. I wasnt aware of that at the time but I called Bob and he walked me through it.

We now have instructions for drilling the balancer, which will help out quite a bit. Thanks! Bob

I have the P1SC system from Bob. The tune he loaded was off, but there a ton of factors, and I have learned more as I go along. It took 4 pulls with adjustments on the dyno to get it right. I just swapped cams and upped the boost, so we'll see how long it takes my guy this time.

Install is a breeze if you have any experience. Instructions are a piece of cake. My only regret is not upgrading to the D1SC when I had the chance for $200. Do it. Just pulley it down to where you want. 7 is my goal right now for longevity with the stock bottom end. Eventually I will replace it, upgrade to D1SC, and then crank it up.

i got my kit and tune from bob, then got it dynotuned. the hardest part of the install was the harmonic balancer, mine just did not want to come off.

I had my whole system installed by them about 4 years ago and have nothing but good things to say about them. I even made a trip there last year to do more business with them, stand up people.

The hardest task in my opinion is upgrading the fuel pump, I recommend the trap door method over dropping the rear. The procharger install itself is a breeze.

407hp/406tq with 5#, stock cam, and a nice safe/conservative tune. Just repullied for 6-7#, and swapped to TR's blower cam. Awaiting tune on 2.24.08 I am done modding this bottom end/stock heads. Hopefully I see 450+hp....

They installed my proCharger and dyno tuned it before and after the install.356RWHP and 347 peak torque before install and 563RWHP and 497 peak torque after the install.Every car will show differant results dependant on other modifications. If you decide to go with a ProCharger, there is nobody better than EPP to install and dyno tune your car in North America.

Is the "trap door" method included in EPP's instructions or is that your own way? Any pics or further explination would help. Thanks!!!!!!!!!!

Unless your in Moser's backyard I would suggest buying their housing/axles but not a complete rear end. You can even buy their center section (case) but have someone who knows what they are doing set it up your gears and be sure to get Motive Performance gears. I bought a Moser complete, installed it and it came back to bite me. Rearend was noisy from the get go and only got louder before I took it out and confirmed the gear set-up was incorrectly done after 300 miles. There have been several with the same story, do a search and do your homework.

BTW, they do not have a warranty policy for noise.
