Makes sense to me but will require a bunch of custom work for the radiator and other. Looks like they are planning an in-cabin A2W IC.

I have seen similar setup's done. Generally speaking its a good idea for air flow to the blower, however usually requires a ton of custom work along with it, such as radiator placement and possible custom fabrication of the frame or hood.

On the downside, it leaves you no room to put any kind of filter on the blower. Some guys just run with screens, and I guess if you only drive the car on the track, and very little at that, it would work. But screens don't filter what usually takes out the superchargers, and or turbo's (not to mention not good for the motor), and thats all the dust, dirt, and grime that's in the air constantly. Over time with nothing to filter all that stuff out, it will build up in your blower or turbo or motor, and can cause them to go bad early on. Some people will argue that under a closed hood it doesn't get that dirty, but I say to those people, try not cleaning under the hood for just 15,000-25,000 miles and tell me how clean it is. Now imagine all that running through your system. Not a good idea.

nice idea for belt positioning on the blower btu like mentioned above, he said it very well. It just makes no sense to do it that way and have to fight through all the problems you just created (radiator, piping, no filter,) just too many headaches for a race car not even to mention on a street car lol but hey at least it looks pretty cool

Here's a video of it done on a Firebird. Again, it might work well for the track, but really not a good idea IMO for a street driven car.

Why not just face the output blower pipe upwardand have it feed up over the motor to the intake? Why aim it downward and go under the motor and all?

for a track only car i dont see a problem. look at the people going the fastest and look how they have theyre turbo/supercharger mounted. its usually front and center with no filter.
