We also have the S480's and S487's on the shelf as well. They just don't make that kind of power, but they are cheaper.
S480 w/race cover flows a lot more than 121lb/min.

No it doesn't....the .69A/R John Deere cover only flows 5 lbs/min more then the standard .63A/R DD cover.

Here are the numbers a customer did when he bought both units..one from us (S80R) and one from another builder using the BW race cover S480......

BEP S480 race cover versus S80 race cover

Marty I would not try and correct the DOC. Where have you gotten your info that proves your specs? How can you now the lbs per minute of any turbo other than reading the net? Dr Turbo tests these things first hand.

It flows more than 126 lb/min...I'm not liberty to say since it's bullseye's design...the same covers that you guys reverse engineer and digitize to make your own.

LOL, sorry it doesn't .....already been flow tested. Do you even know where the cover originates??? Its not a knock on the cover since we still use them as well, but its simply a design limitation...

Stick it on a engine dyno with no wastegate......its going to put out all it can...plain and simple.

Also our race cover has no design reference to that cover......it didn't flow enough, so we went another direction.

We also carry the $900 dollar turbo

Are you stating that the comparison sheet you provided is with no gate? Just trying to get info.

Yes no gate on that particular cubic inch setup. Makes a big difference on HP when you don't relieve backpressure. EGT's shot through the roof, but hey it was their motor and not ours.
