900 rwhp TT C6Z06 Pics and Vids
So I posted this up on the Corvette forum about a week ago but totally forgot to post up here on LS1tech. I know many of you don't normally visit the CF so I thought it would be nice to post over here.
Before I begin I want to give my thank yous to all the connections that made this dream a reality. First let me start with my folks over at W2W and ofcourse the man who spent hours and hours discussing the project with me, Kurt Urban. Rodney, TJ, and Todd over at RPM. These guys not only build the best transmissions and diffs but they care about their customers and make sure you are always taken care of. George and Nick over at TTi for making this awesome kit and taking care of me when APS dropped me. One more thank you to Nick for just awesome customer service. Finally, a big Thank you to Phil for installing the turbo system, making sure everything was done correctly and just really taking his time and paying attention to close details. Big Thank you to all my friends for their up lifting support, Richard (Brabus 2), Scott Allen (Phate), Jeff (American HP), Sam (VegasRedz062), Jeff Lederman, Richard at WCCH, Vincent Moore (Vince99FRC), Nick at Newtech, Rudy(Evilness), Bernard (B Green), Nick Yoskin, Dan (speedydan), and ofcourse all my close personal friends at home.
So today marks the first time since September 1st I get to drive my car again. As you all may or may not know I sent my car over to W2W to put in a fully built 427 motor and have a pair of Turbos installed as well. Originally I was suppose to put a APS Z06 system but after much not needed drama I was stuck without a Forced Induction product and a super build motor with no FI to utilize it . George from TTi sends me a message and offers me a kit. I then send the car over to Phil to install the turbo kit.
I get the car back after 6 long months and boy was it worth the wait. I'm amazed how normal it sounds. The idle and exhaust is not much different than a stock Z06. Just driving the car again just weirdly (if thats even a word) is super normal. Ofcourse the tex clutch is night and day different from a stocker but its not as bad as people on the forum make them out to be. People just want a perfect clutch and well thats not realistic by all means.
Anyway, I never really get into it to the point where im pinning the throttle but I do get to where the Turbos hit and then the car becomes a nightmare. It hits so hard its down right scary. I put myself back on check reallll quick. I will say I use to own a 592 rwhp Mustang Cobra and if I were to drive it today I'd probably just laugh at it. There is so much to say and no way to express what type of car this is. It can be the most normal thing on the road but the moment you dare hit throttle you better stay focused and hang on. Such a great job done by everyone involved in my project. Please feel free to ask questions. I will have some videos once I clean the car cause right now its looks like ****!

Congrats Mark, You deserve it..
The SCARY part about your car is, is that your "So Called" kill mode of 14psi, is NOTHING!!!! But it still makes over 900rwhp..
I would hate to see what that thing does with some real boost behind it...Throw 18-20psi behind that thing and people will be saying AP....who????
I got a hundred bucks that says you'll hit just under 1100rwhp on 19psi..
