Default Remote Mount T76 on a 370 Cube S-10, Build pics inside.

Hey Guys, This poject has been underway for a little while now.
Let me give you some background on the truck
Truck is a 2002 S-10 Xtreme
Originally a 2.2L 5speed.

Previously the truck was a 370 Nitrous combo. It ran a best of 10.66@128mph with a 1.50 sixty foor at 3600DA.

I decided to step up and attempt to park it in the Mid to low 10's on a regular basis.

Some pics

--------------------------------------------------------------------------

The new Setup will use the Same block I have now with the following components.
ARP Studded Mains
Stock Crank
Compstar 6.125" Rods
Diamond 15cc dished Pistons
Trend H-13 Tool Steel pistons
Cometic Head gaskets
ARP Head bolts
Custom Comp Cam
Patriot Stage II LS6 Heads
Yella Terra ultrlite rockers
Tony Mamo Ported Fast 90mm
Nick Williams 90mm TB
JP Performance Double roller timing chain
Ported LS6 Oil Pump.

Static Compression is going to be 9.5:1 A little higher then i'd like for now but I would like to step to AFR's and will drop some more with that move when the time comes.

The turbo Setup consists of the Following
Precision T76GTSH T4 Flanged .96A/R
Tial 44mm Wastegate
Tial 50MM BOV
Snow Performance Meth kit
AEM True Boost for boost control.
Siemens 60lbs injectors
NX Boost referenced Nitrous controller (Who Said a remote mount wont spool )

Transmission is a 4L60E (FLAMEON! LOL) Recipie by: Finishline Transmissions, Assembled by Myself. It has seen 185 Passes in the mid 11's and a handfull in the mid 10's already.

Rear Differential is a Currie Enterprises ford 9"
Chassis mods:
8 Point bar by: Heil Racing
Competition Engeneering Slide a links
Calver Racing Mono leafs
Stock Bilstein Shocks for now.

ET Goals for the truck are 10.50 on a fairly consistant basis, while driving it to and from the track. I'd like to see 650RWHP out of this setup.

I would like to thank a few people who have really helped me out with this along the way.
Fraser @ Speedinc
Tony Mamo @ AFR
Chuck and Vince @ Finishline Transmissions
Dave @ Yank Converters
Chris @ Nitrodaves

These people have been very helpful in making this happen. I cant thank you guys enough.

Also need to thank the local help, Jordan and Neil THANKS GUYS!

Here are some pics of the components going in and the completed hotside. Stay Tuned more to come

The Engine build is going on this weekend and I will have some pictures up soon. Let me here what you guys think.

That is such a clean setup under the hood! You made it look factory, major props brother! How much does the truck weigh?

Great, just working for a living. Looks like a killer build you are doing! I am going to be awaiting results.

Thanks for giving the s-10 guys a good name lol.

BTW my winter beater has a 5.3l with a t56 now hahaha, no more turbo 4cyl. 24psi of boost took its toll after a year of abuse. The 5.3l drives so much better though. Not to mention it uses less fuel.

Looks good man, almost the exact setup I am finishing up on my RX7. Is that a cat or a resonator in line? What kind of muffler is that? did you shorten it at all?
