Boost starts to come in at 2000 rpm and is maxed at 11 psi at 3000 rpm. This is a 347 with a T67 0.96 A/R front mount, through an M6 with 3.50 gears and standard diameter tires.

on the setup I was running in my sig I was spooling by 3k and at full boost by 3600 or so, thats with 8.5 CR on a 408 with a standard GT 55 (91.5mm) turbo. I actually think my compression was closer to 7.7:1 though.

I'm an auto so converter flash plays a big part in the RPM numbers.
370 cubes, rear mount ST80, 1.00 a/r, 3rd gear I build at 3000 and see 14psi at 5000 in my logs. Calculated RPM off of MPH, gear and tires size is build boost at 2700 rpms and see full boost at 3000.
A better way to describe it is cruising at 2700 rpms in 3rd @ 70 mph, WOT, 1psi @ 72 MPH 3000 rpms, 14 psi @ 80 mph 5000 rpms. That means at full boost in 3rd at 80mph i'm seeing 1700 rpms of converter slip.
