Also I have been meaning to ask you about what you told me about O-ringing the C6 manifold because of the 2 bolt flange that they have not sealing very well on boost. How is this done and where do I get the stuff to do it?
When I worked at AMF I had access to a laser so I just cut some 7ga. steel rings that fit inside the manifold's machined recess, then I cut some thick flanges (at least 1/2") to keep from flexing that matched up to the manifold and trapped the steel O-ring inbetween the two. For added insurance, I welded the ring to the 1/2" flange on the inside all of the way around...I did use some copper seal gasket maker too. Sorry no pictures as they were all on my old pc that crashed. No leaks so far.
I tried to get a picture of the stock manifold gasket set-up but never could find it anywhere...you may be able to just use a stock C6 manifold gasket and a thick flange with a groove machined in it to match the manifold's (or cut/weld the flange off of a stock C6 Y-pipe if you are using SS)....if that makes sense.

I'm installing my BMR turbo K-member,oil pan with a welded on -10 fitting for oil drainback, and manifolds this weekend. Have the Griffin Radiator over at a fab shop getting a 1/8"NPT bung welded in for the steam fitting. I guess I'll start a thread of my own for my build.

Oh yeah and I bought a TIG torch on Ebay, I know how to MIG, but I wanted to make the welds cleaner. Now If I can just master a TIG torch.

Sure, I bought just a torch though. We have a BIG Lincoln diesel DC machine that I'll be using the torch on. Its a used Weldcraft WP-26, 200A air cooled with 70* angled head and short back cap. Paid 75 shipped for it.
