Default RevXtreme Keene Bell billet prototype...

I made the outer lips over twice as high for belt retention & will add an anti slip texture.....any other features anyone would like to see? Looking for feedback. It's 6061 T6 Billet Aluminum.

How about a non-slip design like Reichard makes?
What about a quick-change interchangeable pulley setup?
Just a few thoughts.

I like the quick change. Already will have a better non-slip design than the cuts in the other (we call it the Gator Grip) as our idler pulleys will have too. It's a cros-hatch texture to grip more area. Good feedback! Keep it coming.

Don't have the dampner pulley yet, but will in the future.

On one off's, yes. As long as I have all the dimensions you need it to be. They are labor intensive....I usually have $300-400 in labor alone in each prototype & when they are perfected we have them done on a 3 axis CNC to get the cost down.

What about adding latitudinal grooves in the ribs to help aid in preventing belt slip?

Finished product:

Has "Gator Grip" texture cut into the grooves, Is a 2 piece so we can do a quick-change to different sizes with one hub, higher outer lips to help retain the belt, etc.
