so did you try the ect sensor? i had the same problem way back. made the car run pig rich. and why not just put in a set of tr6 or 7 plugs in there till you get it tuned? they idle better and are a bit more tollerant to fowling than the 10's , plus you won't be flooring it soon ( untill you get it tuned that is) , so you won't be needing that cold of a plug.

Great post , it was like reading a book kept me thinking, your almost there. many people have read your thread but many cpu tuners have not responded yet in time they might .My first build made 1000rwhp , the car had heating issues , so my builder was testing my car on the hway , then i had a call from his wife , telling me that he has crassed my car . it was due to be delivered to me that week , after waiting 11months , the car was riden off rolled into the bushes. now i have built another gto this one is black. I have just heard my engine fire up after another 5 months and now im excited again. i know how yove felt some times during your build . In time you will figure it out

Just been busy with some other stuff, got a new dog so she needs 100% attention right now uless I want **** and **** stains all over my carpet lol. I still need to try the new map sensor and if that doesn't work then I'm going to need to find a tuner or at least someone with the right software to come over and log it.

Already got one, takes like 2 hours just to get it above 30, it's pretty ****** cold out. I'm not in any hurry now because the car just gets stored for the winter months anyway. I'll take working in the dessert any day over working in the 2 degree weather, you bust a knuckel and it feels like your whole arm is throbing not to mention the frost bite

It's funny you mention that. I have two dogs and in the more normal temps like 20s they love it outside, playing in the snow and whatever. But then when it gets down in the negatives you have to be careful because they just go out and by the time they pee, they start crying and lifting their feet up in a rotation as if they wont be cold if they aren't touching the ground lol. You have to bring them back in within a couple minutes. It's dangerously brutal.

Mythbusters busted that, lol. FWIW the coldest recorded temp in the U.S. is like -65 so they recreated that environment and pee wouldn't even freeze in that before it hit the ground!
