LS2 403 D1SC Procharged 'street driver'.
EDIT: Just looked on their site, $577 for a drop in rad. for a Camaro (you'd have to check to make sure it's a 2 core).

They mention minor modifications on their website. They said in their email quote it was thicker at the tanks, 2.8" thick to be exact. I was a little worried since the ATI fan shroud sets in brackets that mount on the tank....it is already touching the inlet hat to the head unit. When are you installing it? Curious how it fits. I am looking at the Howe also, Trust said it sets right in and took care of his cooling issues.
Afco makes a good product as well but I have seen many positive write-ups on the Ron Davis products.
As far as the "Be Cool" install, we're going to get it running and tuned with the factory radiator. also using the additional 9" spal fan. The problem we're running into is the same as you mentioned. The F1A doesn't afford much clearence.

Called and talked to them today and they said they are rated for 450HP or so. But remember, it is not like we are making 700HP all the time, only when in boost.
They have manual LS1 applications from 487.00 and auto LS1's applications for 577.00.
Here is another prospect, but I don't see where it is worth another 250.00.

Trust, what does your car run temp wise on average during city driving on say a 95 degree summer day in Oklahoma, which I will assume in July is about 90% humidity. Then what will it do that evening cruising around after the sun has gone done and it is still say 80-85 out?
Do you have your trans oil cooler running through the radiator? or are you a
6-spd?

I forgot what boost felt like....

I think I can officially say if I were to do it all again, I would buy only a head unit from Procharger and piece together everything else. Not been really impressed with there 'kit', pretty much everything needs modifications or upgrading and for the price they get that shouldn't be the case.

Yes, not ready to cut the car up, may be down the road. I want it to be a 'true' 9 second street driver before moving to that level. I don't see the need yet, I am only making 9# and my IATs are within a safe area still with the Meth and 4.5" coolers.

I have since added:
BMR rear Extreme drag bar
Kooks ORY w/ Flowmaster merge
3.5" I pipe with DMH electric 3.5" cutout
3.2" Riechard pulley/ 12-13# (14.5# in really good air)
#14 meth nozzles
2nd Tial BOV
Wolfe 6pt chrome moly bar
restalled PY3400 to a PY3600
More engine tuning and chassis adjusting finally yeilded a 9 sec slip. It was a little more difficult to go from the 10.16 to the 9's than anticipated.

New results:
9.82 @ 138 with a 1.48 60', best MPH was 139 (3800# plus)
