You might need a better rad just wondering which ones will fit like stock with the aps kit. Are the griffins or whatever exact same size as stock or are they thicker and if so is this a problem.
One temp trick is to turn the heater on it can save a boilover. And stuck thermostat definitely can cause problems.

I can't run the A/C at all highway or setting still. With the heat on wide open on Saturday (98*day) it would stay between 205 and 212 turn the heat off and it went to 220 with the AC, forget it.

160 T-stat and fans come on at 165. There is not anything blocking the airflow other than the intercooler.










I think I ran across a couple threads about running warm in the past with A/C. One reason I didn't pull the trigger.
