Looks awesome. I'm getting ready to do mine soon. Which Tial WG is that and are you dumping it (it looks like you are in one of the above pics) or did you connect it to the DP?

The wastegate is dumped to the atmosphere. Im running a Tial WG 38mm with a 5.8psi spring.

lol it's fkking insane when she first turns on isnt it! i remember when i first turned mine on, everything just slowed down like crazy and all i heard was the engines valve train ticking into position


then all the smoke from where my hands had grabbed the pipes started to snap me from my daze

I still have a headache from the smoke. I need to check all the pipes tomorrow to make sure their all 100% tight. The header wrap is smoking like a beast!

Anyone know where i can get an AVI convertor? A 3 mins AVI is like 200meg, and its a 100meg limit upload on photobucket.

take the easy way out and shrink the file down with Windows Movie maker into a nice small WMV

What should the wideband be showing at idle? At first startup it was at 12.5ish then after a while of being on it was around 15.8.

That's pretty normal OEM fare... well not quite the 15.8, but if the front O2s are in and working it should move into closed loop and, depending on your wideband either settle around 14.6-14.8 or swing up and down centered around those numbers.
