Can you post up more pics of the finished intercooler plumbing and how many bends i need to duplicate. Also what fans are you running? Is there no way to use the stock fans? Maybe pull the radiator and condensor a little forward? I ordered the same kit already. Just need it to hurry up and get here. What's your fuel system look like?

I smell Harbor Freight all over those tools. I think every garage in America has one of my jacks. Yes, thats right... I made the switch from Advance Auto to Harbor Freight. Keep up the good work and keep posting pictures! Again, this needs to be redone without all of our little comments and with the step by step process. i tapped mine like this. While it was on the car. Keep car full of oil, Greese drill bit. Then i poured a couple quarts of cheap oil straigh through. Then when i was done filled back up with synthetic.
For the people wanting to use stock fans you should look up the radiator stand up thread. Then you could do something like this.

So the oil pan has been installed. Man did it suck having to remove basically the entire kit to remove the oil pan =(.
Anyways the kit is basically bolted back up again. The oil return is 99% done, just need to bolt it back into the turbo.
The fuel pump has been replaced. Going to buy self tapping screws and put a plate back on it.

Well, im a little upset =(
The wastegate will not bolt up correctly. It fits on 1 side but there is a half inch gap for the other part to bolt into. Basically something that happens when you buy a cheaper kit, lol.
Anyways, the solution for this is to just run a dump on the wastegate instead of it going back into the downpipe.
So im giving the pipe to my dad, and he is going to have the smaller wastegate pipe thats on the downpipe, cut off, and welded shut.
The good news is that one of the forum members is going to hook me up with a basic tune so i can start it up and drive it (no boost allowed) to get dyno tuned.
Anyone with the ebay kit have the same problem? I did see a pic a week or 2 ago, that someone did cut off the pipe and just dumped it. I bet he had the same problem.
