Did you race on racegas tune or pump gas?

Cheers,

The runs were on race gas, pump gas around here is 94

We could have squeezed a bit more from it, but a single 340 intank isn't up to the task. It was just starting to lean out at 6000 from lack of pump

I would say that 10sec passes are yours for the taking so keep the info coming.

Matt, I have your 2 step and was only able to build 1# of boost set at 4500-5500rpms. Is mine defective? I have since took it off the car and will run on a BFG DR instead of my slicks. I hope to have some slippage to keep my momentum going off the line. No flames, but I hear of people building much more boost than I was. Please help!

Nope, i never saw more than 3 or 4 psi with the Incons with it set for 5800. It's not so much the boost in neutral, but the turbos are already spinning.

How fast does your boost reach maximum when launching off the 2 step versus just a clutch dump?

I've got data logs of boost rise with and without. Almost a full second to go from 0 to 11 psi without the 2 step. About .2 second with it.

Are you at WOT with it on?

I was more harassing joe cause half the time he would not turn it on at all, but thought he did. He needs practice

More of a consistency thing for me, but the amount you see in neutral depends on how big the turbos are, and your engine. If it's holding the set RPM, is doing it's job. The actual flow in and outta the engine is what makes the boost.

Matt, your page says that you have 2 steps in stock . . . is that current? If so, I'll be ordering one . . .

I've got a couple, but they are set to go out. Were suppose to go out last week before the blackout. My new wiring harness stuff should be here this week, and i'll have more by the weekend.

Don't even ask on lights right now, I've got my assembly guy back on the job working overtime to get ahead of things.

Thanks Matt,
I never tried the 2step at the track. My turbos are 44's, big for my stock cubes. Maybe that explains my dilema. Yes, I was at WOT when it was on the car. Even at 5500rpm only 1#. I did not have the boost controller when the 2step was on and I was making 9# of boost. Now with the 6.0l heads, and controller, I have it dialed to 11#. Ang
