I usually take it apart and and inspect it every other oil change since it is on my DD. i have never had any issues with it and I have over 30,000 miles on it so far.
Thanks, I remember you ordering your ProCharger from me. Bob

I love the sound and the self-oiled system out of my d1sc, but i dont mind my vortech, and sounds killer as well.. I would go with a procharger if thats what your hunting for..

What would fall under other? So far, 7 people chose other but gave no reason.

I'm just curious what those 7 have to say.

One vote for Procharger

Another vote for EPP

If you get into serious boost on down the line, lemme know, might have some more suggestions for you on pulley/belt issues

I'm happy with the performance of my D1-SC! Bob and Brent are great guys to work with too! My only complaint is the oil seepage from around the dipstick screw. Not a big deal though.

The Innovators West overdrive crank pulley allows you to use a larger pulley on the blower, which greatly increases belt wrap. This has worked very well for us on the C5 and C6 kits. Bob

Thanks! Pressure builds in these head units which causes the seepage. A new nylon washer is attached to the top of the extra pack of ProCharger oil for the dipstick.

I had the Vortech and it worked for 30K and then some. Only poblem was I had to rebuild the entire kit. The only think I kept was the blower and bracket. the oil pan leaked and evem with all the upgrades it didnt make much power. had severe belt slip and went through 5 belts. I'll be calling EPP for my D1 in the next few months. I hear good things
