ran out of gear at the 1000' mark and let off (haven't had a chance to swap to my 1/4 mile gear set)

Wow, nice. the car leaves smooth. I read your whole build thread and have been anxious to see some times on the car. There is definitely a lot of potential left in there. Congratulations!
