Pull the rubber cap off the pump and crimp the connectors a little bit so they make better contact. Trust me on this we had the same problem on the last one we did and it made a fking mess.. You may think the pump is working but you are probably just hearing the fuel pump. If the sts pump is working you WILL DEFINITELY HEAR IT. IT IS LOUD AS HELL.
