Another update, filled up about 7 times in a row now, all good. Today for the first time I filled up without putting the nozzle in upside down(suppose to help, big step for me as I have had to do it this way for a year now). The spring(on the nozzle) also pushed it out a bit and it still took the fuel w/o any problems. This was the turning point for me, looks like the problem is solved for good.

I have had the same problem and it comes back! im replacing the evap solenoid by the intake.....but sticking a hose and moving the check ball that gets stuck in the gas neck,just let out a ton of pressure, so that was the problem

Your leaving the door open to keep the radio on or the keys in the ignition are you?
(lucky I subscribed, I haven't posted sine Feb I think)
