I ran 28lb injectors at 400RWHP with an issue for a couple years. You might want to consult the calculator stickied at the top of the Fueling & Injection forum. Of course, nothing is more certain than taking it to the dyno and finding out.

Fuel Injector Connection can resize your stock Bosch Design III's up to 48 lb/hr @ 3 bar for around $240. I would recommend 36 lb/hr @ 3 bar. They will support anything you'll do in a 346 short of forced induction.
You can PM FICINJECTORS for more information if your interested.

We offer several injectors in the 32# to 37# range. All priced the same. $280 for 8 injectors BRAND NEW.
Here's the link to our 33# and 37# injectors:

here is the deal. You evidently need new injectors, we sell new 32 bosch 3's which will be 36 in your car for 289 per set flow matched. you will then throw out or let lay in your tool box your stock injectors. Here's what I propose. Let us make your stockers the size you need. I will charge you 189. If for some reason they don't work to your satisfaction I will give you all your money back towards a brand new set. so, all you have to do is send back your injectors and I will give you a Brand new set for 100 bucks. Fair enough? In fact I think we will offer this warranty on all our resizing customers. Money back guarantee towards a new set. with this deal you can't loose!

are you serious? at least give him something for the long haul. I would at least get 37# or 42# Those two injectors on an N/A car can take you a good bit to max out, AND they run perfectly on a STOCK car.

I think an injector rated at 39 like Ford svo des 3 are fine. They flow 36 at 58psi. Doing the calcs that will support 540 HP on a N/A engine at 80IDS.. Check my calcs on the sticky. So why is he wrong?

the problem with these aftermarket injectors that are new are that they are a universal injector. you get no specs to tune, the ls motors came with bosch 3's, if you put in the same injector you can maintain all the stock programming. all you need to do especially with a 30-36 size injector is change the IFR. thats it, because you are using the same injector that gm used to make the car in the first place. Plus if you get yours redone they will be flow matched. These aftermarket out of the box injectors are the same as accell, summit brand, trick flow etc. All a PIA to tune. IMO. Get your re sized. Thats the ticket. My brother ls3nut has been happy as hell with his ws6 with resized 28's that Jon made into 36. now he runs at 81DS instead of 97. He tried accell 32's and the thing ran like crap. Now it runs great. Again, my opinion backed up by actual seeing is believing.
Yes, and if you decide to add a small amount of N20 or boost later on it's something less you'll have to buy.
