Question Does anyone know?

Texas Speed has a special on 28.8 lb. injectors. I think I have the 24lb. injectors since my car is a 2000 model. If I swap them out(I have lean condition @ 5200 rpm) will I need to get the flow rates adjusted? Does anyone know the specific flow rates for the two type injectors?

Your car should have 26lb injectors the 97-98 ls1 came with 28s. I would not waste the money on 28s it`s not much bigger then what you have. spend alittle extra and get the svo 30 or 36lb injectors.

Yeah, I agree with MYTURBOT/A, spend a little extra and get the SVO 30#'s. But if your dead set on 28#'s, I have the stock 28#'s from my car in my garage(I replaced them with 42# C5R injectors) that I will let go real cheap. PM me if your interested.

Thanks for the input. I still would need the flow rates so Diablosport could prepare a custom tune.

Thanks again!

I`d find someone with a stock edit file for a 98 and copy the flow tables since the 98s use 28lb injectors. Other wise any injectors you buy should come with flow ratings and diablo should know how to set them up.

01-02 have the same 28lb injectors. And yes you will need the tables adjusted.

Does this sound right:

Part Number 12561462 (Bosch # 0 280 155 931) - This is a LS1 factory GM injector.
Static Flow Rate: 28 lb/hr (294cc) @ 43.5PSI (300kPa)

Sorry about the yellow.

if you have a problem with leanness then the problem should be corrected with the tune. I hate to see peolpe spend money that they do not need to.
