So MM, you fed into the passenger rear, crossed over in the front, then out the back of the driver's side rail and into the regulator, is that correct? I've read some people like to split with a 'y' in the engine bay, then into the back of each rail, then back together at the front and into the regulator.

So which way is the correct way?

Awesome write up this is my next on the list. Now my ls1 cam , T trim approx 8 pound on e85 would I be able to use the standard 3/8 fitting coming of the top of the fuel pump assembly then use -8 line to the reg then use feed as return.Would this be fine with running x2 GSS340.? Or should I use a y block with dash 8 bulkhead fitting as mightymouse did his? Oh it should make around 500-550 rwhp.Cheers

if you are going to use the stock line out of the sending unit, i really dont see need for anything over -6. will be way way more than adequate for 550rwhp but may be good to run -8 if you upgrade to a bulkhead fitting in the future and more hp.

yes can't think of a reason you would want the third to come on a separate time from the second.

Also doing the 3 pump's with a -10 setup all going into a 99 stock tank. Will not cut the sides at all, will prob just drill another hole or two in the bottom.

Part #'s for anyone doing this:

Jeg's -10 fuel filter: 555-150006 $79.99
Anodized Straight -10AN Female to 1/2" NPT Male Swivel Coupler : 555-100338 $9.99
-10AN Black Bulkhead Nut: 555-110294 $2.99
-10AN Black Flare Bulkhead 90° Fitting: 555-110264 $14.99
-Walbro GSS340 $74.99 (Pump only, better off getting one with the filter and wiring harness :/)
- McMaster Carr - Three-way aluminium manifold for air. 1/2" 5465K73 $9.14
- McMaster Carr - 10 pack 5/16" barb fittings 5346K16 $12.86 (they sell them in singles, but they were like $2 each i think and will end up giving some to a friend or two.)

Ordered everything but the Mcmaster Carr stuff right off Amazon.

Already have a racetronix pump setup, so that's 1 pump. A buddy gave me a brand new gss340, so I only needed to order 1.

Still need to order line and a regulator

I will prob use a Aeromotive 13110 Pro-Series EFI Regulator

That is the only one that I really found that a lot of LS1's guys are using and also has a -10 inlet.

Just a FYI...harbor freight has a coupler like this. They have it where all the air fitting are. They use it to add more female adapters on a air line. Might wanna check it out.

Yes they are much wider at the base they do work great but I think it would be very difficult to install two and impossible to install 3

If you're going to cut open the bucket then why bother trying to put them in there anyway. My second pump on the GTO was just clamped to the side. One will fit in the bucket like oem and the other can go anywhere.
