Default Dual Walbro pump wiring question(s) with Racetronix harness?

I have a 2002 C5 corvette and will be putting in a dual walbro setup this week using the stock fuel hat. I already have the Racetronix harness installed on the car for its current fuel setup.

I am wondering if I can just plug the dual pump setup exactly like it is now with the single pump and not have any wiring issues? ie. Will the Racetronix harness help to not over-draw the factory wiring?

The dual pumps should have a larger feed wire than the single Racetronix harness for best results.

You also should not run both continuously or try to run both pumps in parallel through those 2 small pins on the electrical connector.

Thanks for the reply, Lonnie.

Do you offer a simple PnP harness or is that something I have to make?

You can use two hotwire kits or DIY for pennies on the dollar

This diagram uses stock PCM fuel control with the second pump being engaged by a Hobbs switch for boosted apps. The hobbs switch can be replaced with a window switch for non FI setups

The main idea for hotwire kits are to keep the wiring independent and send as much current from the battery to the pump as possible. This keeps the feeds/outputs/grounds independent while grouping the low current relay control

Pocket, thanks a lot for the diagram. I am already using one hotwire harness so thats good.

Question: I really dont have to tap into the PCM, per say, do I? Wouldn't it be the same if I tap into the green wire back by the fuel pump in the factory harness?

Tee anywhere along the call wire. If one relay is already in place, adding a second is easy peasy

I'm not even sure why you'd have to tap into the PCM's green call wire at all...if the second pump is activated and shut off by the hobbs switch, the PCM doesn't have anything to do with it, correct?

Never mind, I just realized I'm a dumbass. The green PCM call wire is the coil power on the relay (terminal 86).
