Fuel Pump Question
I am wanting to replace my stock fuel pump. I dont really need a racetronix for my setup, so is there any pump only replacements, without the sending unit, that I can buy? Thanks...

My pump on my 98 went out and I put a walboro 255 in it. It seemed to be a very good pump. Whatever you do don't get a non-name brand just to save 30-40 bucks I did that the first time and it lasted like 2weeks and I had to do it all over again. Hope this helps GL

Im concerned that the 255 lph will be to much for my setup. I only have headers, and an aftermarket ls1 lid. Also, you think if i did use the walbro it would effect my gas milage?

I wasnt having any problems with mine but i changed the pump and put in the harness also. I am installing a cam and stock 243's and just didnt want it starving the motor. I wouldnt worry about it unless you are planning more stuff to do.
