As long as it is unleaded and Non-oxygenated, any will do.
Of course, the better the gas, the more expensive it gets.
What you need race gas for? high compression, boost, nitrous... ???

I think my comp. ratio might be a little high.(11/1)Some times I here a rattle....wanted to try some race fuel to see if it stoped.Also will any of it improve #'s.

Unless you use oxygenated gas and tune for it, race gas doesn't improve ET's by itself.
But as you have high CR and your engine is pinging, it's most likely the PCM is pulling timing (and hurting horsepower), so I think with good gas you may improve a little. Just let the PCM adjust for the high octane gas before go to the track.
