Is there a hotwire kit out that will work with the Aeromotive 340 on a 04 Silverado SS?

I am waiting on my pump (BACKORDER) and want to have everything to install it including a hotwire kit (if one is available) and convert it to a return style with bilet rails, 60# SD injectors, and Aeromotive boost ref FPR.

Anyone else converted a returnless fuel system to a return? if so can you give me some pointers?

You would require our new FPWH-022 GM Truck/SUV Fuel Pump Wiring Harness

and our ITWH-022 In-tank Harness

SD Injectors can be found here:

this may have been covered already but if I already have your 255 kit with the new harness installed what would I have to do to switch over to this pump? My car is a 98

Racetronix: Will there be a plug-n-play harness set-up for the 82-92 f-body for use with this pump?

This question was brought up way in the thread, and it's something I have been wondering about. The answer was not extremely thorough. Can you "over-pump" a car? Will there be any negative effects on a car that is say stock, or say heads and cam. (Just want to hear the variables).. Everybody recommends modding your car way ahead of your expected power range, but it seems fuel isn't advised that way. I want to do some injectors and a fuel pump this year to prepare for heads and a N2O shot. Should I consider this pump over say a Racetronix Walbro?

There are some factors which can come into play depending on how far overboard you go. Electrical power demand, fuel heating, pressure stability, factory functionality and price are some items to consider.

If any 2nd gen s10/blazer/sonoma/Jimmy owners out there are wondering about an install with this pump and a racetronix harness kit, I made a write up. I got a lot of the ideas from this site as well as the s10 sites.

Here's a couple links.

http://www.s10planet.com/forum/showthread.php?t=26778

http://www.s10forum.com/forum/f11/in...ing-it-465536/

Same thread on 2 different forums.

S10forum is a joke nowadays, but nice write up nonetheless. I just got my harness for this pump in, thanks Racetronix. Now I have to wait under they're off backorder to get the pump.

I am currently looking into some components that can be used to maintain this functionality.
Any updates on this?

Just an fyi but if you search the dw 300 pump which supposibly flows a little less than this from what I have seen, search google for dw and evo set ups their are guys running e85 with these kind of pumps over 600rwhp and not running out of fuel. With 93 their is no reason one of these pumps cant take you to 700-750rwhp or more, all of this is my opinion of course..

That's what I've been asking for too.

We need a "This thread is useless without updates" smiley.
