Impossible if the same spec is to be maintained. It takes a larger turbine to move more fuel without adding more heat, armature RPM and power demands.

i undersand my 3/8" hard line is close to 6an hose line for return, might be slightly smaller but very close. but the stock fuel feed lines are not enough?
also i was more asking about the racetronix hotwire and will it support the 400? i already have this.

The hotwire is fine. The sender's bulkhead wiring, in-tank wiring and fuel tubes are not.

ok, so at this point larger AN hose lines and a complete direct wiring from the sender and tank to the hotwire is required then. Any development for a harness to plug and play from the new pump and sender to the hotwire in the works?

The in-tank harness is setup for a Walbro GSS-series pump. The connector could be easily replaced with terminals for other pumps.

Anyway, you say "the pump will not function properly with the factory regulator." What is the maximum flow the factory fuel regulator at the bucket can handle?
It handles the W255, AM340, DW300 fine, or? What about the Walbro 400 (p/n F90000262 (non-E85)

In other words, can I drop this in and replace my Walbro 255 with current setup (Stock Fuel lines, rail, fuel pressure regulator, Racetronix Hot Wire).
Thanks in advance!

Well, I swapped one in this weekend. Test drive... no issues at WOT or at idle. Read somewhere where an independent flow test showed that it flowed LESS than an Aeromotive 340 @58psi. I figured I had an AE340 in for 6 months (until it burned out), so my setup should be able to handle this one. So far, so good.
