There's always the regular rubber fuel injection hose - here's a link:

It's inexpensive, versatile, easy to work with, and has been used by OEMs for decades without problems and without fuel smells. I used it on my car without any problems.

Post proof of the smaller ID or stop posting this garbage
Yep. Summit PTFE -8 is about 7/16" ID (.4375") from my rough measurement; .42" is probably dead on.

^ Look at the line you want. Under a description, it will say which fittings it's compatible with. And don't run the full length of the car unless you need to. More risk of a leak.

Draw out what you will be doing figure how many fittings you will need. Ex; Fuel feed hard line to rails is a couple feet (maybe 2) so that would need two ends and two quick disconnects. EVAP is prolly gonna be a -6 or -5. That's two lines, IIRC. Two quick disconnects for each line and two hose ends for each.

Keep in mind too it adds up fast. Depends on how dedicated you are to the car, you could wait till you need a return system. What year is the car again? LS or LT?

I have to replace all mine now... I had my front one start leaking before I took the car off the road for the season. Was parked at Stop & Shop and smelled gas. Popped the hood and the main supply line quick connect was steadily dripping...... and about 2" away from my hot exhaust.. That sent me into a panic real quick. One of the o-rings looked like it had a nick in it. Removed, re-installed and it was fine after checking it every time I stopped. **** still makes me nervous. went right to Home Depot and bought a 5lb fire extinguisher.

Mine popped off and sprayed several litres of fuel straight onto a hot dump pipe. Didn't light up though, luckily.
