Fuel Injector Size? Looking for opinions for fuel injector size for my new turbo project. 5.3, K1 rods and Wiseco pistons, 243 heads, LSMS turbo cam, twin 64's, power goal is 1K on E85. I'm thinking 120's or 160's, let me know what your thoughts are.
TAN Alt Fuel Injector 121's I sell the "surplus" ( Ford ATL Fuel Injector) injector, this is Stainless Steel internal @ 121 .lbs, 45 psi line pressure.

120's will leave you some headroom. Might have Idle/cruise issues because the injectors might be slobbery at small openings.
E85 needs 30% more fuel than gas 8 x 81# injectors = 1000hp
81 +30% = 105#

Subaru EJ-27 with "Tan" injector OK, A fine point, Min PW = .813 ms.
The ability to Idle is a know fact with my experience, one example, is use on the Subaru EJ-25 Turbo engine 1/2 of a 5.0 liter LS.
My finding is a quality Idle @ .813ms.
My finding is a quality Idle @ 1.13ms. when fitted to a N/A 393 LS with 16:1 C.R.
My, customer 034Motorsport a constant user, finding with Audi five cylinder turbo @ 34 .lbs boost, a good IDLE.
