Throttle body and injectors

Throttle body and injectors Building an LS1 for a 57 chevy. Have ported 243 heads, dorman 615-901 intake, cam specs: .562/.562, 211/230, stock rockers, would like a recommendation for throttle body and injectors. Considering 8.1 injectors (source?) and the warrior 92 mm throttle body. Your thoughts please. Thanks

You have a fairly mild build. A stock-size throttle body and injectors will work fine. There is no power to be gained with larger throttle body or injectors if the system does not require the capacity.

Throttle body and injectors That's what it is dbc (drive by cable). The last LS I built was an iron block 6.0. I used an LS3 intake and injectors with an edelbrock dbc throttle body. This is the first 5.7 I've done. Thought someone might jump in who has built one of these. Thanks Don

Throttle body and injectors Lance, just looked at your website. That stack injection is an awesome looking piece. Quit racing years ago. Just do street rods now. Love the LS. The one I'm doing now is the third one. 56 chevy handyman, 53 5 window, and this 57 hardtop. Thanks for your input. Don

The ls3 has no provision for a throttle cable bracket. How did you accomplish this?

Used a DBC edelbrock throttle body. After researching the issue I think the "tech fanatic" may be right. MSD has an adaptor that will mount my LS1 throttle body to the 4 bolt intake. This engine was never intended to be a 500 hp build. Just a good strong street motor. Appreciate the response. Don

Just realized i didn't answer all of the question about the cable bracket. You are right the LS3 has no place to mount a bracket. I fabbed a cable mount from stainless that mounts on 2 of the manifold bolts.works well. Would post a picture if I knew how

The reason I ask is I just picked up an ls2 intake and need a bracket for a dbc setup. I was considering fabbing a bracket also. Considering it has no bosses molded in I also thought about using the intake manifold bolts.
IAC Kit for DBW/DBC conversion Hi Don, the Air Door has no provision for the IAC mount, thus not included.
We do manufacture an IAC mount for the Square IAC motor, a kit with connector.
Not too sure if your PCM has the Stepper Motor output ?
