What's the present duty cycle of your injectors? If close to max, then yeah, upgrade.

You'll probably need a retune as well with the cam change. During the tuning process you will find out the duty cycle of your stock injectors. But your fuel pump might not be up to the task either so the tuner should be checking your fuel pressure as well.
If it's determined that you need larger injectors (42 or 60's) the tuner will have to rescale that info in the tune.
The Racetronix Fuel pump kit is fairly inexpensive and it will take you to 550-600 rwhp.
When I started with heads, cam, lt's, ls6 manifold I don't recall that I had to upgrade the pump or injectors, but it only dynoed 385 rwhp. I went from 301 stock to 385 rwhp with an A4. That was with a 224/228 lsa 14 cam.
It's when I installed the Procharger D1SC and went to 565 rwhp that I had to upgrade the injectors and Racetronix fuel pump kit.
If i go over 600 rwhp with more boost, I will have enough injector (60's), but need more pump.
It's a viscious cycle.
Perhaps best to wait until you get it tuned.
