Default Modify LSA fuel rail for return line

I want to change my fuel rail so that I can have the regulator after the fuel rail.

History: I have had many start up issues running twin 57mm turbos and E85 on my LSA. Turns out it was because my fuel system was a dead end at the injector. If there was vapor in the rail from sitting for any period of time it had to be expelled through the injectors. (Not optimal for higher horsepower and E85). I understand the OEM fuel rails not being returned due to emissions... Anyway, after many conversations with FORE Innovations. Instead of jumping on their LSA fuel rails, I wanted to see if I could put -6AN fittings where the end caps are currently and have them run to the regulator, then return..
Thoughts? The feed on the factory rail is already parallel rather than series which is great. I am hoping that the feed that is fed to the middle of each rail will not affect injector pressure with the return being at the back of the rail?
See pics.

OKW also makes an aftermarket return rail for the LSA blowers. That's the route Im going to go when I get around to installing an LSA blower on my 03 SSS. Theyre still expensive but considerably less than the FORE rails.

The second option is the Fore fuel rails ran in a series rather than parallel. So much pluming to run parallel.
Would series be sufficient and the regulator after the rails?

We have welded nuts on the end of many LS2 and LS3 stainless rails. Never done an LSA though.

I have had stainless swagelok fittings welded onto the ends of my LS3 fuel rails. If the LSA rail is the same diameter it should work on these rails. Here are the part numbers.

https://www.swagelok.com/en/catalog/...rt=SS-600-1-6W

https://www.swagelok.com/en/catalog/...=SS-6-TA-1-6AN

These two parts make up one 6AN connection.

Here are the LS3 fuel rails I installed them on.

I can confirm (just finished measuring them) that my LS3 fuel rails are the same diameter as my LS9 fuel rails.

The plastic truck rails have aluminum end caps on them that can be drilled out for AN fittings. Its been done before. I don't know much about the LSA rails but I would say its a possibility.

Even if air did get trapped in the rails...it should be expelled via the injectors within seconds of startup...not even that long really.

But if the rails are metal of some sort, then they can be brazed/welded for you to add whatever fittings you want...wherever you want. Doesn't necessarily have to be on the ends.
