My thoughts..
Tanks:
5 Gal fuel cell in the trunk (C16) -10 out
Stock tank with Sump (91) - 10 out
Input to pump:
-10 lines to
Earls -10 Shut off (for each tank) 230505ERL
NOS -10 Y fitting 17846NOS
Aeromotive 12301 Fuel Filter -10
BG King Sumo Pump - 10
BG Regulator -10
-10 to fuel rails
Return line coming off regulator:
Small -8 line
Magna -8 Y fitting MP6288
Earls -8 Shut off (for each tank) 230503ERL This will keep me from dumping C16 in to the 91 and over filling it. Very little 91 would be left in the lines.
-8 return lines to each tank

I've heard from several people that the BG pumps are very unreliable. Weldon, Magnafuel, Product Engineering hold up real well and deliver a LOT of fuel. Aeromotives are questionable, some people love them, others hate them with regards to reliability.

Weldon pump can't be beat. My buddy has 2 magaflow, b/c he needed two to do the job of one Weldon. Just look and the Big Guys in drag racing Weldon everything!

Weldons can be with a step down box. Product Engineering originally designed the Magnafuels, but sold it a while ago due to health problems of the owner. Now he's back in business, and his products are basically the Magnafuel, but a slightly different design from what I've heard. Product Engineering is built for continuous street duty without a step-down box, and I think the Magnafuels are too. They're a slight bit quieter too. I've heard a lot of people not like BG pumps in general.

The Weldon 2025 is LOUD. But will work and a step down box is the only way to do it right for street driving IMO. But I run the Aeromotive Controler on my 2015.

These controllers are nothing more than a simple PWM (Pulse Width Modulator). The PWM basically turns DC current in to a form of AC current. The output voltage stays the same as the input voltage. You can control the pulse (frequency) of the AC with either a resistor or potemptoimeter.
Looking at the Weldon one, the PWM is controlled with a potemptiometer.
Can't tell on the Aeromotive one. Is it adjustable? The Aeromotive one might be controlled by a resistor to keep a contant pulse (frequency).
I have found a potemptiometer controlled PWM that will handle 12-36v * 80a. 2,880 watts continuos (peak I think was 10k watts) for less than $100. (Weldons 16v * 26a = 416w $350).
