Default 50# Inj, MTI Heads, TR224

Hi, Im working on a buddy of mines car. 01 SS with LTs, cat back, and lid. Im in the process of finishing up the h/c install. The heads are MTI 2E and the cam is TR224. We are also adding a 150 dry shot AND a Walbro 340 with a "Hotwire" kit. I already had 8 50# inj's so we are going to use them. Im sure with the pump, Hotwire, and these injs he has plenty of fuel and some room to grow. My question is, if I put the 50# inj in, will we be able to get this thing in for a tuen driving it or is it gonna have to be trailered??? Im not sure how these injs are gonna act. The tune is right after it runs again but the thing is getting it there.

Thanks in advance.

it will definitely run like **** when you first start it, i dont think the VCM can modulate the pulse width enough to trim it out, then there's always a chance of washin down the cylinder walls with that much gas........i'd trailer it

If you want to drive it leave the 28's on it and put the 50#'s on when you get there.

I had my Origional Tune for 38lb lucas injectors and put in 50MSD's with hopes that the tune would be ab le to slightly handle the 50lb's.. forget it.. I had a VERY hard time keeping my car to keep running...
