Default Pics of my Dual Walbro GSS340 Intank Mod

I put the post in the FI section where we discuss the issue of lack of fuel quite often:

Hard to tell from the pics but what did you use to y the pumps together?

I would run a 8AN braided line and Y it to each rail then y it back out the front of the rails to a regulator.

Thanks for the advice.

I used a Tee.

Instead of going into the Tee like this:

<font class="small">Code:</font><hr /><pre>
|
|
|-|-|
| |
</pre><hr />

I went in like this:

<font class="small">Code:</font><hr /><pre>
|
|
|--|
| |
</pre><hr />

It made more room and at least one of the pumps gets a straighter shot.

The size of the line DEFINITELY makes a difference (per your advice).
I first coudn't find the size Tee I ended up using and there was a BIG difference in how much fuel pressure I maintained with less restriction.

There's definitely more that can be gotten out of this setup.

Yeah most of the big power supras run dual Walbro pumps, I don't see why everyone doesn't do this.

Ah, you mean one of these!

I have the Racetronix 340 setup, but when the stroker is done. This baby is going in. Or I may go with a sump and a big aeromotive pump.

BlackLS1T/A- I read in one of your posts you were looking for fuel rails. One of our sponsors (Speed Inc) sells high flow billet fuel rails for a pretty good price. Might be easier than modifying 5.0 rails. Take it easy.
