Will leaded gas harm fuel injectors?

No, but it will hose the O2 sensors right quick
(although there are some leaded-resistant ones
you can get for pretty reasonable) and trash the
cats (if you still have them). It's metallic
poisoning of the electrochemical action that is
the problem, not deposits per se (and you would
not see any deposits until after combustion).

High octane race gas is very high in aromatics like Zylene / Tolulene. If anything, they keep injectors very clean. The lead in race gas is murder on the O2 sensors though. 3 wire heated sensors will last longer, but still fail after lots of passes with race gas.
