Default ?? flat-lined flow table, now L&S trims Zero!

Had my shakedown ride tonight, everything seemd OK except the A/F ratio and my fuel trims. Car has svo 42s, gutted pulse damper, and a weldon referenced fpr. The fuel pressure did increase as boost came on but only saw boost one time. Set the flow rate table at the suggested 5.51 across the board.

The ATAP data is screwy - the long term and short terms are 0.00 and never move, WTF? And the techedge a/f meter is reading 12.5 or so most of the time under part throttle - thought it s/b close to 14.7.

it's almost as if the fuel trimming has been suspended. Any ideas as to what is happening? Gues the next step is to try to back out the fuel flow table changes and see if the it once agin has dynamic ltrim values.

did you mess with your power enrichment tps enable?

souds like you are in pe all the time or the car didnt go into closed loop.

i run the 5.51 with a referenced regulator no problems.. i would look elsewhere first...

oh btw set your base fuel pressure (no vaccum/no boost position) to 50psi to start.

no known PE changes, I remember looking around there but didn't make any updates there, just tweaked the fueling. But will check out tonight.

Did you find 58lbs delivered too much fuel or made it more difficult to tune? Just curious why 50lbs.

im sorry i said that wrong.. you are right, i have them set to stock pressure with no vaccum line hooked to the regulator.. which would be right around 60.. it drops to 50 at idle with the vaccum hooked up... thats what i was visualizing in my head the first time.

anyhow if your ltrims are 0 something is telling the computer that you are in power enrichment OR open loop when you shouldnt be... nothing to do with injector flowrate.. but hey put it back and see if it goes away..maybe

Sure the o2 sensors are hooked up and functioning? If they have a problem it'll stay in open loop. Get any codes? On the main fuel screen under the PE buttons does the closed loop enable temp still say 142 or something like that?

Hot temp is still 142.

no codes, not getting an SES on the front sensors, but did have the pass. side front sensor disconnected, something to check. will also see if I fat fingered a code when turning off rear sensors.

ah hah! i knew it.. thanks for your help bass.

your computer didnt go into closed loop because there was no o2 sensor to read for it to come out of open loop.

Thanks, guys, you were right! Passenger O2 was disconnected. Now I'm hoping I can reconnect the sensor without taking off the manifold...these incon setups are a mixed blessing.
